Law for Black Lives is a Black-led, queer, abolition-minded, multiracial, feminist, and anti-capitalist movement lawyering organization dedicated to building people power for liberation by transforming the legal field, fortifying the power of local Black organizing, and disrupting the anti-Black status quo. Building and stewarding a national but locally rooted network of rigorous and radical lawyers and legal advocates, we are maintaining a legal infrastructure that is responsive, action-oriented, and collaborative in its support of organizers on the ground and Black folks everywhere.
